Read or Condemn Yourself to Death by Ignorance

For those courageous souls brave enough to look and see what is,

who are unwilling to blindly accept

the lies and rules of tyrannical authority.

The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take part in the lie.

One word of truth outweighs a world of lies.

-----

If perchance a post of mine you think extreme

heed this from Kahlil Gibran:

“In battling evil, excess is good;

for he who is moderate in announcing the truth is presenting half-truth.

He conceals the other half out of fear of the people’s wrath.”

-----

One of my goals is to think and act as if I fear no man’s wrath or deed.

“I don’t know if I’ve learned anything yet! I did learn how to have a happy home, but I consider myself fortunate in that regard because I could’ve rolled right by it. Everybody has a superficial side and a deep side, but this culture doesn’t place much value on depth — we don’t have shamans or soothsayers, and depth isn’t encouraged or understood. Surrounded by this shallow, glossy society we develop a shallow side, too, and we become attracted to fluff. That’s reflected in the fact that this culture sets up an addiction to romance based on insecurity — the uncertainty of whether or not you’re truly united with the object of your obsession is the rush people get hooked on. I’ve seen this pattern so much in myself and my friends and some people never get off that line.

“But along with developing my superficial side, I always nurtured a deeper longing, so even when I was falling into the trap of that other kind of love, I was hip to what I was doing. I recently read an article in Esquire magazine called ’The End of Sex,’ that said something that struck me as very true. It said: “If you want endless repetition, see a lot of different people. If you want infinite variety, stay with one.” What happens when you date is you run all your best moves and tell all your best stories — and in a way, that routine is a method for falling in love with yourself over and over.

“You can’t do that with a longtime mate because he knows all that old material. With a long relationship, things die then are rekindled, and that shared process of rebirth deepens the love. It’s hard work, though, and a lot of people run at the first sign of trouble. You’re with this person, and suddenly you look like an asshole to them or they look like an asshole to you — it’s unpleasant, but if you can get through it you get closer and you learn a way of loving that’s different from the neurotic love enshrined in movies. It’s warmer and has more padding to it.” ~ Joni Mitchell

“I’m no fool—I brought a hanky ’cause I knew it was going to get very, very emotional. Because this is something that, you know it’s a kind of, you sort of sit at home and you watch these shows. And you think ’Well, what about me?’ You know? (laughing) And you can’t help it! You’re a human being.

I want to say that there’s this David Byrne song—you all know it! …Most of you know it. (speaking lower) Maybe a *few* of you know it. ’You may find yourself living in a shotgun shack. You may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile. And you say to yourself “this is not my beautiful house, this is not my beautiful wife. How did I get here?”’ How did I get here? I have absolutely no earthly idea how I got here. I really don’t.

I came from nothing. I came from the most isolated place in the United States: Hawaii. And I spent most of my time reading books in libraries. And I had a mediocre education. But somehow or another I was mesmerized by the idea that someone would get up in a pool of light and be completely and utterly transformed. And transfigured. And beautiful. And that, when the light hit them, they had something not just to say—but something to reveal.

And I remember when I was a kid I saw Édith Piaf on television, and I saw her... I think it was the first time I’d ever seen a human being do what she did. Which was to completely unzip her skin and show her soul. And I... I never really recovered from it. I really felt that I understood what that was. And that I could do it.

And subsequently in my life, I saw many people do it. People that I learned to love. I saw Tina Turner, I saw Aretha, I saw Janis Joplin. I saw so many people, so many men, so many women. And I fell in love with them, and I fell in love with the idea of what they did.

And I have to say, when I say ’How did I get here?’ I say it because I… I… I never looked up. I had my nose to the grindstone every moment of my life. I worked like a f---- animal. I did. I worked like an animal. I couldn’t help myself. I was compelled to work. I was simply compelled. And now that I’m older, sometimes I think ’Was it the hormones? Was it a dream? Was I just swept up in some vast illusion? What *was* it?’ Because now I’ve slowed down and I look back.

But I have to say that it was—talk about “Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride”—it was a hell of a ride. I had a blast. Even though it was work, it was work that I loved with all my heart. And it was work that brought me into contact with the most brilliant minds and the most wonderful wits and the most brilliant music. Things that made my heart soar and my heart sing. So even though I had my nose down, I heard it all, I saw it all, and I loved it all. And I have to say thank you so much to the Kennedy Center for validating this insane dream that I had when I was just a kid. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.” — BetteMidler, 44th KCHonors recipient

An honest man speaks the truth about the greatest danger our civilization faces at present. We need to stand strong against global tyranny. His is a great example to follow.

The salt-grain-sized camera.

Scientific ingenuity means cameras keep on getting smaller and smaller, and the latest to appear is not only incredibly tiny – the same size as a grain of salt – it’s also able to produce images of much better quality than a lot of other ultra-compact cameras.

Using a technology known as a metasurface, which is covered with 1.6 million cylindrical posts, the camera is able to capture full-color photos that are as good as images snapped by conventional lenses some half a million times bigger than this particular camera.

“So, possibly one of the biggest events to happen during our lifetime is about to happen on Dec. 22 of this year, yet I’m surprised to see that no one in the press seems to be talking about it.

The James Webb Space Telescope is scheduled to launch on that very day. What is that? It’s the successor to the Hubble, only 3 times as large and 100 times more powerful. NASA has been working on it for 25 years and it’s a miracle they were able to complete it. It was almost canceled in 2011.

The technology on this telescope will launch nothing short of an astronomical revolution and two major historical events:
- We will be able to see if there is life on the exoplanets we’ve discovered and detect whether the atmospheres of those planets are being modified by that life.
- We will be able to see the first stars and galaxies ever created from the Big Bang.
That’s right, this telescope will literally look back in time to view the very first galaxies and allow us to witness the birth of our known Universe.
That’s some crazy stuff, man.
Crazy, crazy stuff.”

A Baby’s Gender Should Be Listed

A Baby's Gender Should Be Listed

The bits you’re born with, tell the tale,
If you’re female, if not, you’re male.
If the spirit is confused
About which she is or witch he’s not,
He’ll be befuddled and bemused.
No need to say what is, is not,
No need to add things on
Or chop things off.
The resolution to his confusion
Lies in his discovering that he’s here
In this time and in this place
Inhabiting THIS body, with all it’s grace.
He’s not in some time past,
He’s not in some place lost,
Wherein he dwelled in a body
Not of the same gender.
To take a certainty of who one is
And introduce an uncertainty
Is the mark of an evil intent.
We all have a right to be certain of who we are.
The evil need to reduce the power and certainty of all others
So they feel superior and safe.
For they “know” in the blackness of their heart
That if others were strong and powerful, they would be done in.
Because that is what they would do to others if they had power.
So when you see a person lie,
And say that which is, isn’t,
Or that which isn’t, is,
Know that their intent is evil,
They mean you no good.
Your gender might be an accident of birth
It might not match your expectation, desire or past experience
But it is a certainty, of that you can be sure
Unless the insane pull the rug out from under you.
When you feel unsure of things,
Recognise that someone has reduced your certainty.
Whether you feel shaky or you feel down,
Dwell not in your mind, it is full of traps for the untrained.
Instead, go for a walk and look at things
Touch the walls, the fence, the bench, the trees,
Increase your certainty that earth is earth
That trees are trees, that green is green and brown is brown.

Why are media dialling back on the Covid hysteria? Is it because the “pandemic” is really over? Or is it an important part of the gaslighting process?

Until next time,
dream big dreams,
plan out how to achieve them,
be continually executing your plans,
enlist people to your causes,
travel and/or read widely, preferably both,
all the while observing what you observe
rather than thinking what you are told to think,
think well of your fellow man,
take time to help your fellow man,
he sorely needs it and it will help you too,
eat food that is good for your body,
exercise your body,
take time to destress,
and do the important things
that make a difference -
they are rarely the urgent ones!
